We 100% stand behind our product, and are committed to making this the best poultry buying experience anywhere. We will replace or refund anything that doesn't arrive in pristine condition. Questions, or concerns, please contact us.
If a customer is dissatisfied with a product, they can return it to the farm within 3 days of receipt in its original packaging (unopened/sealed) and in the original condition (refrigerated or frozen) for a full refund (minus applicable fees- delivery, handling, butcher, processing, etc.) or a store credit.
